“ First time in Chicago so I had to get the deep dish. I'm not usually a fan of deep dish I usually like a thin crust. I ordered the special deep dish and it was so good. The crust is thin and light the sauce was flavorful. It was loaded with sausage mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Service was excellent. Pizza took 40 min to cook but was well worth the wait. I enjoyed a beer while watching the game on the tv's inside. ”
“ CLASSIC Chicago deep dish 'za. From the line out the door to options on the menu, I could tell it was going to be worth it (you can order while waiting for a table because the pizza takes ~45 min to bake). Grab the fork and knife and get to eating because this pizza easily serves 3 hungry diners. There's something about deep dish in the heart of the Windy City that puts up a fight against New York thin crust. ”
“ Coming for a Friday dinner, we were told it would be a 30 min wait but we could order our pizza in advance at the counter since it would take 45 mins to cook it. Despite the wait, I enjoyed the meal--the mozzarella sticks and deep dish with spinach and mushrooms were great, coming from someone who previously didn't have many expectations. The place was quite packed and cozy. I had received recommendations for this place from two locals, and I was pleased with the experience. ”
“ Are you friggin kidding me?!? Yeah... you! You messin' with me? THIS is the Pizza I've been searching for! Finally!!! Coming from the PNW and having been all over the place, and the quest for the BEST pizza may have finally been met! And of course, has to travel to the Windy City to find it. So, I was given an opportunity to check out an Aviation Expo in Chicago and jumped on the chance. I have always wanted to visit the city, and what a Beaut she is! We stayed nearby in the Miracle Mile district and Dayuuuum- it did not disappoint!! But okay, back to the pizza. The crust is near perfection, thin, crisp, with just the ever so subtle snap, but completely loaded with the goods. Loaded with sauce, meats, and cheese! We washed it down with a cold beer, but my friend and I couldn't get over the size of these pies. I can finally say I've had the best pizza in my life- so far! The quest isn't over, but the bar has been set extremely high. Love the environment in this old building that gives you old school vibes, the staff was courteous and prompt, but more importantly, the food was unreal! Also, on this day, the staff and people from all over crowded the streets to see the solar eclipse. What a day!! As always, Enjoy & Happy Buon Appetito!! ”
“ When in Chicago, I feel like it's a must to get a deep dish pizza. Be prepared--it takes a while to be ready. Since the pizza is so thick, one slice is quite filling. We ordered a few pizzas for the table, and our group also got some calamari. It tasted fine. I'm not sure if I love deep dish pizza that much, but I'm usually not a pizza lover, so I'm not the best judge. However, the service was nice. Spacious spot that we were able to easily get a table for 10, and they even took a group picture for us with what looks to be a nice camera (if I'm remembering correctly). You can also purchase prints as a souvenir. Definitely worth a visit, especially for tourists. ”
“ I dont care if people say this is good for tourists, this pizza slaps. Ordered a custom deep dish pizza. The sauce is delicious. Tastes like real tomatoes. The crust is soft, cheese stretchy and the toppings we good; pepperoni, sausage, tomatoes. Everything goes good together. Pizza takes 50mins to make so they let you order as soon aa you request a table while you wait to be seated. ”
